Target Audience: While the camp is open to all ages, it is designed for more advanced wrestlers.
Camp Format:
Morning Session: 1.5 to 2 hours of technique training in small groups of up to ten wrestlers.
Live Session: After a break, wrestlers will join another group of ten wrestlers of similar weight for live sessions, instructed by coaches from both groups.
Evening Session: Each evening, wrestlers will attend another technique session led by a different coach.
Amenities: Light snacks, drinks, and lunch will be provided each day.
Accommodations: Many families are willing to host wrestlers, so don't let lodging concerns prevent your athlete from attending. Additionally, a block of hotel rooms is reserved for those needing accommodations. Travel to Pittsburgh is convenient and affordable.
