Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Quest School of Wrestling

At Quest School of Wrestling, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all members. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Free Trial

All new members are eligible for a Free Trial prior to signing up for a membership to arrange one, please contact Coach Akerly at 412.352.372. 

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are structured in three-month (quarterly) terms, this is paid by automatic payments billed monthly. If electing pay by cash or check the full quarter payment is required in full.

  • Payments are automatically charged to credit cards each month on the same date you registered.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so at least 10 days prior to the end of your current quarter.

  • Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Plan Changes

  • To increase or decrease your training days, you must notify us at least 10 days before the month in which you want the change to take effect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within 7 days of enrollment.

  • Quest School of Wrestling fails to process a cancellation or plan change that was requested on time.

  • A duplicate registration occurs.

  • The member relocates or moves.

  • The member graduates from high school.

  • The member provides proof of injury that prevents participation.

  • Quest School of Wrestling determines that the member does not meet the expected conduct or skill level appropriate for the program.
